A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm any tour booking.
The advance amount and payment deadline will be communicated at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile financial services (bKash / Rocket / Nagad), or approved online payment gateways.
The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation.
Failure to complete full payment within the deadline may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the advance payment.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment verification and official confirmation from Sofhor Tourism via phone, WhatsApp, email, or message.
All tour details including itinerary, accommodation, transportation, meals, and inclusions will be shared at the time of booking.
Sofhor Tourism reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, road situations, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
Such changes do not entitle the traveler to compensation or refunds.
Cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable advance payment and transaction charges.
Cancellations made close to the departure date are non-refundable unless the booking is successfully resold.
Special offers, discounted packages, peak-season tours, and promotional bookings may be strictly non-refundable.
One-time rescheduling may be allowed if requested in advance and subject to availability.
Rescheduled tours must be completed within a specified timeframe and may involve price differences.
Travelers must provide accurate personal information including name, contact details, and identification (NID or passport if required).
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and complying with destination laws and regulations.
All safety guidelines, instructions from tour leaders, and local regulations must be followed.
Travelers must ensure they are physically fit to participate in the tour activities.
Sofhor Tourism strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, personal loss, and accidents.
Sofhor Tourism shall not be responsible for any uninsured losses or medical expenses.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
Refunds do not include non-refundable deposits, bank charges, gateway fees, or third-party service costs.
Any services not included in the package (extra meals, personal expenses, upgrades, special transport, or extended stays) must be paid separately by the traveler.
Sofhor Tourism reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates local laws, without refund.
We may cancel or modify a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, strikes, or safety risks. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Sofhor Tourism is not liable for loss, injury, illness, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control or by third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Sofhor Tourism reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes are published indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
