Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp and will be effective from the date received by Sofhor Tourism.

Cancellation Charges

(Calculated as a percentage of the main tour cost)

🔹 “No-show” refers to failure to join the tour on the scheduled date without prior cancellation.

In case of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Political unrest

• Government restrictions

• Emergency situations

• Unavoidable external events beyond control

The following terms will apply:

• 30% of the total tour fare will be charged as a cancellation fee

• 70% of the paid amount will be reusable (non-refundable)

• The reusable amount must be used for the same travel sector

• Reuse must occur within 3 (three) months from the date of the incident

🚫 Standard cancellation and refund policies do not apply in force majeure situations.

• Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method

• Transaction fees, bank charges, and non-refundable supplier costs are excluded

• Cancellation charges apply per person

• Third-party services (air tickets, hotels, visas, permits) may have separate cancellation terms

• Sofhor Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather, or authorities

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen losses
