At Sofhor Tourism, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all tour bookings. Please read the following cancellation, amendment, and force majeure terms carefully before confirming your booking.
All cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp and will be effective from the date received by Sofhor Tourism.

🔹 “No-show” refers to failure to join the tour on the scheduled date without prior cancellation.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Government restrictions
Emergency situations
Unavoidable external events beyond control
The following terms will apply:
30% of the total tour fare will be charged as a cancellation fee
70% of the paid amount will be reusable (non-refundable)
The reusable amount must be used for the same travel sector
Reuse must occur within 3 (three) months from the date of the incident
🚫 Standard cancellation and refund policies do not apply in force majeure situations.
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be made through the original payment method
Transaction fees, bank charges, and non-refundable supplier costs are excluded
Cancellation charges apply per person
Third-party services (air tickets, hotels, visas, permits) may have separate cancellation terms
Sofhor Tourism is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather, or authorities
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen losses
